Payment for Services

Payment for cleaning services is due in full at time of service. Partial, advance payments may be required for some work requests. JGabriel Cleaning Services gladly accepts payment in the following forms: Cash, Money order, or Check (Please make checks payable to: JGabriel Cleaning Services)

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, please provide us with at least a 24 hours notice for all cancellations and/or to reschedule your appointment. Once a reservation is made, we reserve that time slot for the client and turn away other potential clients to ensure your services can be performed. If a work request is not cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment, a service fee may be charged.

Refunds for Cleaning

Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we cannot offer refunds to customers. However, we want you to be 100% satisfied, which is why we offer a “JGabriel 24-Hour Guarantee.” If you are dissatisfied with your cleaning service and contact us within 24 hours of the time our cleaning was completed, we will return to re-clean the item/area you are dissatisfied with at no additional cost to you.

Extra Services

If you require extra services or additional cleaning on your scheduled cleaning day, please contact us 48 hours in advance so we can ensure appropriate products and time are available and an adjusted cost quote can be provided.

Tipping

JGabriel Cleaning Services never requires tipping, but it is a powerful way to say thank you to your service provider! But, showing your appreciation need not be monetary. A personal note from you expressing your appreciation for our service would mean a great deal.
